On-Course Contest Crew Responsibilities:

• Manage contests such as closest-to-the-pin and longest drive.

• Engage with players and record the results of the contest.

  Key Qualities: Outgoing, friendly, detailed-oriented.

Food & Beverage Support Team Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage snack and drink stations.

• Assist with meal distribution before and after the event.

  Key Qualities: Fast-paced and safety-conscious

Floaters/Runners Responsibilities:

• Support all teams as needed.

• Hand our water and snacks during the event.

• Handle unexpected tasks, restock supplies, and address participant requests.

  Key Qualities: Adaptable, proactive, and physically active

Setup / Teardown Crew Responsibilities:

Setup

• Set up canopies, banners, tee box signage, and contest markers on the course.

• Distribute gift bags to golf carts and prepare snack stations.

• Ensure all areas are ready before the start of the event.

  Teardown

• take down canopies, banners, tee box signage, and contest markers from the course.

• Ensure all areas are cleaned up.

  Key Qualities: Physically capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds in weight, team-oriented, quick problem solvers.
